All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped
  • For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout
  • No Refunds. Exchange only within 14 days for store credit: Product subject to 20% restocking fee

Refunds Policy


No Refunds. Exchange or instore credit only within 14 days. If the item is unused and in its original condition. Shipping and delivery changes are non refundable. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at service@oakvillesfinestpools.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

    Orders are processed in 2-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Items that are pre-ordered are processed within 2-3 business days of their arrival in stock.

    Orders that are successfully placed will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you haven't received an email, please check your spam folder or contact us for confirmation.

    If you have any questions about your order, please contact us right away at service@oakvillesfinestpools.com   We will be unable to make changes to your order once it has been shipped.

    Please double-check that you have entered the correct address. We are not liable for non-delivery due to address errors that you provide. We will refund the original order if an order is returned due to an incorrect address.

What are your shipping costs?

Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). If your order contains any Archives item(s), please allow an additional 2-3 business days to process. Archives items will be shipped separately from regular items

My order has already been shipped but I need to update the address. What should I do?
